Simplicity
A quiet community for poetry: post your poems, read and like other people's, and keep a collection.
Built by Deepesh Kumar
The problem
Poems posted on general social media get lost between everything else, with no quiet place to read them and no way to keep the ones that stay with you.
What I built
A poetry community: share your own poems, read and like other people's, and curate collections of both.
Built in 2024 with Next.js, TypeScript and Convex. Readers can report content, so it stays a respectful place.
How it works
- 01 · Post
Share a poem, and edit it later to refine it.
- 02 · Read
Browse other people's poems, search by title, description, poetry or writer, and like the ones you love.
- 03 · Collect
Your own poems and the ones you liked are kept as collections you manage.
- 04 · Report
Anyone can report a post, to keep the community respectful.
Try it
